Strongman Competition – Terms and Conditions - Natural Worlds Qualifier
1. Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and international athletes by invitation or approval.
2. Registration & Fees
- Entry fees must be paid in full before the registration deadline.
- You must have a membership with Natural Strongman.org before you compete
- Entries are non-refundable
- No athlete will be allowed to compete without confirmed registration.
3. Health & Safety
- All athletes compete at their own risk.
- Competitors must follow all safety instructions provided by officials and staff.
- Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn. No open-toed shoes.
- The organisers reserve the right to withdraw any competitor deemed unfit or unsafe to compete.
4. Conduct
- Unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.
- Respect must be shown to fellow competitors, officials, and spectators at all times.
- Drug testing will be carried out.
5. Rules & Judging
- All events will be judged in accordance with the competition rules set by the organiser.
- The head judge’s decision is final.
- Athletes must attend the rules briefing prior to competing.
6. Photography & Media
- By entering the competition, competitors consent to being photographed and filmed.
- Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes by the event organisers and sponsors.
7. Liability
- The organisers accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.
- It is recommended that athletes have their own personal insurance cover.
8. Cancellations/Postponements
- The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, every effort will be made to notify participants and reschedule if possible.
9. Divisions & Prizes
- Divisions may include but are not limited to: Novice, Open, U90, U105, Masters, Women’s.
- Prize structures will be announced prior to the competition and are subject to change.
10. Agreement
- By submitting an entry form and fee, competitors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules set out by the organisers.
